직원들의 태도를 보아 진정한 호텔리어를 꿈꾸며 이호텔을 택한이는 없어보일 정도의 매너와 묘하게 불친절한 말투가 거슬린다. 업무상 이호텔을 여러번 방문 했지만 갈때마다 프론트직원들의 태도에 친절함이라곤 1그람도 찾기 어려웠다. 특급호텔직원과의 차이를 극명하게 구분하게 하는 호텔.서비스업의 꽃인 호텔업에 직원교육에는 전혀 관심이 없을 것 같은 호텔 대표의 운영 방침과 전직이 궁금할 정도. 단지 위치가 좋아 이호텔을 찾는듯한 아시아 손님들이 대부분인것 같고 그럼에도 지점수가 상당한 스카이파크 향후가 궁금해진다. 그중 다행인것은 로비에 연세있는 직원분들이라도 친절한 편이다.
