생삼겹살 전문점이라고 해서 갔는데 아닙니다. 구우면서 테두리가 두둘두둘하게 녹아 내리는 덧살이 보이면 생삼겹 아니구요. 약간만 구워도 야들야들않고 너무 질깁니다. 사장님께 얘기하려다가 말았습니다. 생삼겹이 아니면 그냥 냉동 삼겹이라고 하고 판매를 했으면 합니다
