리뷰에 신경쓰지 않을 거라는 건 알고 있지만 전체적으로 직원이 불친절합니다. 전형적인 명품 매장에서 일한다고 본인이 명품인 줄 아는 직원 같고요. 특히 1층 피팅룸 직원 cs 교육 처음부터 다시 받으셔야 할 것 같습니다. 그런 태도로는 평생 피팅룸 정리밖에 못하실 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ

오늘 한남동 알로매장방문 직원한명 불친절해서 리뷰를쓰게되네요 오늘오후12시쯤 문열고 정면에서볼때 오른쪽 계산대 옆에 서있는 갈색 긴머리 직원완전불친절. 싸이즈재고물어보는데 손님눈쳐다보면서말투 완전 ㅈㅅ없게 또박또박 손님입장해서 재고없음 물어볼수있고 상품 새상품달라고해서살수있는거아닌가 아이랑남편도저직원왜저래?기분나쁜일있어?그러더라구요.그 한명!!!! 다른직원들은~~~~친절하게설명해주고 하던데 상품도많고 웨이팅안해도되고 해서 맘편히 살꺼라 생각했는데 그직원때문에화가나요 원하는상품사서 기분은좋지만 뭔직원이 그렇게불친절할수가있죠?본사에서보고교육시켰음해요 알로매장 입점해서기분좋게가서 갔는데 . 진상짓도안하고 살거샀건만 그 말투 잊을수가없네요. 다른손님들테도그런던데 외국인도많이오던데 그직원진짜 교육시켜주세요

요즘 핫한 알로 한남점 갔는데 매장도 넓고 직원들도 다 친절하세요. 손님들도 많네요. 인기 상품들은 다 품절🥲
