달걀흰자와 설탕을 휘저어 만든 머랭을 베이스로 한 디저트인 파블로바 사진에 방문한 카페는 '스미다'입니다. 대룡포스트 6차 지하상가(B143)에 있는 카페로, 저녁 식사 대신 간식으로 배를 채우고 싶어 먹으러 온 생딸기 파블로바는 토핑의 조화가 좋았습니다. 휘핑크림을 듬뿍 얹고, 그 위에 딸기, 패션후르츠, 키위 같은 신선하고 상큼한 과일을 올려 머랭의 단맛이 중화되어 상큼 달달하고 바삭합니다. 매장 섭취 시 1음료를 주문해야 하지만, 따뜻한 티는 찻잔도 예쁘고 간접 조명의 오렌지 빛이 도는 카페는 포근했습니다. 상큼 달달한 베리류와 백향과 시럽 조합이 살살 녹습니다.
