닥터나우로 대면진료 후 처방전 보냈는데 약국에서 전화로는 접수한다해놓고 접수를 안 해 직접 방문함. 방문하자마자 비대면 진료 아니냐며 의심하고 제 말을 계속 끊으심. 약달라고 따진적도 없음. 분명 처방을 못해주신다면 거절의 의사를 밝히시고 다른 약국에서 처방을 받겠다. 그게아니면 병원에 팩스나 확인전화 해주겠다함 근데도 자기 말을 끊는다며 설명을 드리고있잖아요? 이럼 처음엔 처방전 확인도 안하시다가 강하게 말하자 그제서야 대면진료인거 병원에 확인하고 처방전 확인 후 조제해주셨고, 약 받는 데 40분 넘게 걸렸음. 환자 입장에서 매우 불편한 경험이었습니다. 거절을 하실거면 거절의 의사를 분명히 밝히시던지, 환자에게 왜 우리약국으로 왔냐? 이런질문이 맞나싶네요
