처음 gs25커피를 구매했는데 너무 황당한 경험했어요. 처음사는거라고 핸드폰으로 바닐라라떼 사진을 보여주며 구매했어요. 머신 사용법 안내가 보이지 않아 혼자 우왕좌왕하다가 에스프레소 1번을 눌러 마셨습니다. 그리고는 제가 에스프레소 한번 누르는거 맞냐고 확인하였더니 직원이 뛰어나오더니 두번 눌렀냐 뭘 눌렀냐 아메리카노를 눌러야하는데 잘못 눌렀다고 하며 500원인가 1,000원 더 내야한다고 추가 요금을 요구하며 질색 팔색했어요. 제가 에스프레소 한번 눌렀고 몰라서 확인차 물어본거라고 하니 처음 사는거냐면서 선심쓰듯 오늘은 그냥 가라고 했습니다. 그런데 확인해보니 제가 한 게 맞네요. 처음 이용하는 고객에게 잘못된 요금 요구와 불친절한 태도로 다시 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳. 나이있으신 여자분었음
