정식 코스에 잡채가 나온 것도 특이하지만 다 식어서 나오네요. 죽도 식었고. 초밥은 슈퍼에서 파는 것처럼 밥이 딱딱하고 냉장고에서 내온 것 같이 차갑습니다. 원래 초밥은 찬밥으로 한다고 설명을 하더군요. 내가 이상한가요? 찬밥으로 초밥을 한다는 말은 처음 들어보았고. 밥이 딱딱하게 뭉친 것을 주방장에게 확인시켰는데도 방금 만든 거라네요. 참 신기한 식당입니다. 일인에 31,000원을 지불하고 먹고나니 영 기분이 안 좋았습니다.
