나이키 매장에서 아쉬운 경험을 했습니다. 직원들이 기본적인 인사조차 하지 않고, 제가 “안녕하세요”나 “안녕히 가세요”라고 해도 무시하는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 특히 한 여성 직원은 제가 단순히 물건을 사러 왔을 뿐인데, 마치 그녀의 개인 물건을 가져가려는 것처럼 행동했습니다. 한 명의 친절한 직원에게만 상담을 받았고, 나머지 직원들은 다소 거만하게 느껴졌습니다. 매장을 이용하는 동안 편안하지 않았고, 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음이 들지 않았습니다. 앞으로 직원들이 고객 응대에 조금 더 신경을 쓰고, 매장 측에서도 인력 선발에 신중을 기했으면 좋겠습니다.
