주기적으로 방문하는데 항상 친절하게 상담해주셔서 좋아요 제가 생리통으로 산부인과를 수십번 갔는데 매번 의사들은 아프기전에 진통제를 먹어라, 온 찜질을 해라.. 제가 그걸 모를까요^^.. 배만 아픈게 아니라 구토하고 위경련오고 실신하는 수준이거든요.. 혹시나 해서 저번 방문에 PMS도 심하고 생리통도 심한데 검사를 받아도 이상이 없다고 하니까 철분이 부족하면 통증이 심해질 수 있다고 철분제 하나 드셔볼건지 권하시더라구용 얼만지 물어봤는데 살짝 비싸서ㅎㅎ 더 저렴한 제품 있냐고 물어보니까 철분제 특유의 피맛, 쇠맛이 좀 나는데 구토증상이 있어서 선뜻 추천 못한게 있다고 하시더라구용ㅎㅎ 그래서 그냥 추천한 제품 구매해서 먹는데 맛도 그냥 새콤달콤하고 생리통도 확 줄어서 너무 좋아요!! 의사보다 지도 잘해주심👍

일반의약품을 구매하러 다시 방문하기는 어려울 것 같아요. 친절하시지만 상담을 통해 추가 구매를 유도하는 느낌이 컸어요. 권유된 제품이 비싼 줄은 몰랐는데 필요없을 것 같아 곧바로 환불을 요청하러 갔더니 손님이 없었음에도 기다리라고 하신데다 응대 태도까지 달라져 불쾌했습니다. 환불이 어렵다면 계산 전에 안내해 주시고 과한 구매 유도는 자제해 주셨으면 좋겠어요
