집 근처라 자주 가게 됩니다. 직원들은 매번 다른 사람인데 전체적으로 건조한 분위기는 다른 편의점과 같습니다. 매번 결제 후 영수증은 주지 않고, 기티 포인크나 할인같은 건 묻지도 않고 빨리 처리하고 싶어하는 흐름이라 아쉬워요.

여사장님이 항상 너무 친절하셔서 자주 방문하는 편의점입니다. 그런데 이번에 새벽 시간대에 방문했을 때 야간 여자 직원분의 응대가 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 손님 응대보다 휴대폰에 더 집중하시고 피곤한 시간대라는 건 이해하지만 기본적인 안내조차 “(금액) ~원입니다.”가 아니라 “오천원.” 이렇게 금액만 툭 던지는 식이어서 기분이 조금 별로였어요…ㅜㅜ

3/2일 16:50분 여성 카운터 여성분 불친절하세요. 평소 제품 다양해서 자주 이용하는 매장인데 계산하실 때 무슨 화나시는 일 있으신가요? 너무 차가운 말투에 표정도 너무 좋지 않으셔서 괜히 저싸지 불쾌해지네요.
