냉난방기 4대중 2대가 새로 교체 되었으나 여전히 실내온도가 추운곳. 발이 시려움 왜 매장에 사람이 없는지 모르는 듯. 추우니 사람이 안 오고 매출 떨어지면 고정비를 즐여야 되니 더 추워지고, 서비스의 질이 떨어지는 순간 사람들은 왠지 모를 불편함을 느낌. 기본에 충실해 주시길(맛, 가격, 서비스)

겁나 추운 곳. 갈때마다 외부 기온과 별반 다르지 않음. 음식장사는 추우면 사람이 안 모임. 먹고 체할 정도의 온도임

햄버거 소스는 되게 많이 넣어 주시더라고요.. 그런데 빵은 차가웠어요. 그리고 아랫분이 말씀하신대로 매장이 춥더라고요. 피자메뉴도 있고 대학교 앞이라서 대학생들이 많이 오는 거 같더라고요.
