오늘은 가을단풍길(우장근린공원내산책로)에 왔습니다 정상으로 올라가지 않고 둘레길 마냥 한바퀴 걷는 코스인데 땀납니다 이곳은 평지 이지만 구민회관 지나서 뒤쪽으로는 오르막길이 있어 걷는분. 걷뛰하시는 분. 달리시는 분도 볼수있어요 저는 걷기만 하는데도 숨이 찹니다 이제 가을이니 단풍드는 모습들을 볼수가 있겠지요 간혹 하수구에서 너구리 나오는 모습을 볼수있는데 그럴땐 가까이 가지말고 거리 유지하며 제갈길 가면 되겠습니다 우장근린공원내 산책길로 저녁식사후에 나오시는 분들이 많습니다 밤에는 옆에 아파트들이 많기에 수다는 잠시... 멈추고 운동에 집중 하는편이 좋을것 같습니다 소리가 울려서요~ 그럼 저녁 식사후에 나와서 걸으시는것이 어떠세요? 남녀노소 따지지 않고 다같이요 바람개비 불들어옴!

다시온 가을단풍길(우장근린공원내산책로) 입니다 한바퀴 돌면 운동되고 좋아요 산 아래여서 공기가 차가우니 장갑 꼭 착용하고 따뜻하게 입고 걸으세요 걷기 편하고 동네 아담한 산책로 입니다
