메리크리스마스 ~ ^^ 독일 슈틀렌 빵을 구입했어요. 건과일·견과류·향신료가 들어가고 겉에 하얀 슈거파우더가 뿌려진 달콤한 빵이에요. 2주동안 계속 먹을수 있는 빵이래요. 조금씩 조금씩 먹으면서 아기예수님 탄생일을 기다려봅니다. 집에서 가족과 함께 크리스마스를 기다리며 맛나게 먹었네요.^^

밀밭제빵소 길음에서 빵을 좀 샀습니다. 종류가 다양합니다. 가격은 프랜차이즈보다 조금 싼 정도. 하지만 종류가 다양합니다. 프랜차이즈에 질린 분들이라면 새로운 선택지가 될 듯해요.

천연 발효종으로 만든 빵이라 더 안심하고 먹을 수 있었어요. 속도 편안해서 부담이 없더라고요. 종류도 다양해 고르는 재미가 있고, ‘다음엔 초록느림보가 고른 빵은 어떤 맛일까?’ 기대하며 다시 찾게 될 것 같아요..
