토마토소고기볶음 덮밥 깍뚝썬 토마토와 소고기 조금 닝닝하지만 중간중간 살짝 얼얼 맵다. 화조우 라는 향신료가 반개 들어간듯 소고기가 한 2센티정도되는데 10조각쯤이라 조금 아쉽다. 가격이 9900원이라 그런가 반찬으로 나오는 야채절임은 겁나 짜다. 밥이 쫌 찐밥같은 질감이다. 원래 중국쌀이 그런가. 이천쌀 쓰면 더 찰져서 맛있을데 ㅋㅋ 시장님 주방직원 둘다 한국어 아예 모르시는 듯 모르는척하는걸까.

새로 생긴 곳이어서 호기심 반으로 마라가 아닌 그냥 홍소육면을 주문했습니디. 우선 양이 적지 않습니다. 육수에는 살짝 새콤한 맛이 나는게 좋았습니다. 홍소육은 잘 다져져서 부드럽게 씹히면서도 식감이 좋았습니다. 요즘 물가가 미쳐서 그런거겠지만 9천원은 살짝 비싼감이 없잖아 있습니다. 중국 호남성 요리 전문점입니다. 8시 넘어 문 여는 식당 찾기 힘든데 10시 30분까지 한다고 합니다. 중국인 사장님과 종업원님의 친절에 감사드립니다.
