⭐️ 위치 때문에 여러 번 이용했지만 이번엔 정말 실망했습니다. 주차가 과거엔 무료였는데 이번 예약 과정에서 유료 전환에 대한 사전 안내가 전혀 없었고, 현장에서 갑자기 주차비 2만 원을 요구받았습니다. “예약 시 미리 공지해주면 좋겠다”고 하자 프런트 직원은 방어적인 태도로 대응했고, 이후 남자 직원(매니저로 보임)은 “몰래 주차한 거 아니냐”는 모욕적인 말까지 했습니다. 로비에 걸린 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice 수상이 무색할 정도로 서비스 수준이 낮았습니다. 재방문 의사 없습니다. Service does not match the awards displayed in the lobby. Would not stay again. 장사가 안되서 많이 화가 난거 같아요.

오래된 호텔이라 방문전에 걱정이 많았는데 걱정과는 다르게 너무나도 관리가 잘 된 모습에 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 객실 컨디션과 리셉션 응대가 좋았습니다. 왜 오랫동안 이자리에서 호텔을 유지할 수 있었는지 알 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 방문하겠습니다

1층 미라보 식당을 이용하였습니다. 단체 손님을 응대하느라 바쁜것은 알겠지만 손님을 무시하는 태도와. 불쾌한 표정과 높은 언성 쏘아보는 눈빛을 보면 과연 비싼돈을 내고 이용하는 호텔인가 너무 후회스러움
