友達とほぼ毎週訪れているのですが、ずっと我慢していたことをここに書きます。ガシャポンってサービス研修や従業員教育ってしないんですか？水原や龍山にも行きますが、蚕室のスタッフは本当に最悪の中の最悪です。今日も友人が男性スタッフに質問したら、顔を真っ赤にして戻ってきて「出よう」と言うんです。どうしたのか聞いたら、スマホをいじりながら虫でも見るような目でチラッと見て、なんで自分に聞くんだって感じの態度だったと。隣の女性スタッフもその男性スタッフの言葉にニヤッと笑って自分を見てきたので、侮辱された気分になったと言っていました。私も先週同じことを感じてすごく腹が立ちました。行くたびに感じますが、あそこは最悪です。働きたくないなら働かないでください。お金を使いに来ている人にどうしてそんな態度が取れるんですか？お客様は虫なんですか？
