갈 때마다 느끼지만 이 약국 약사의 태도는 정말 최악입니다. 환자가 약에 대해 질문하면 도움을 주기는커녕, 사람을 무안 주는 표정과 말투부터 나옵니다. 이번에 제가 한 질문은 기존에 복용 중인 감기약이 있는데, 이 약과 함께 먹어도 되는지였습니다. 그런데 약사는 “그 약을 우리 약국에서 산 것도 아닌데 제가 어떻게 아냐”라며 눈을 동그랗게 뜨고 퉁명스럽게 대답했습니다. 더 불쾌했던건 대화가 끝나지도 않았는데 아무 말 없이 자리를 떠나 조제를 하러 가버렸다는 점입니다. 약국은 환자를 무안 주는 곳이 아니라 약 복용과 안전에 대해 상담받는 공간입니다. 이런 식의 태도로 장사하실 거면 약사라는 직업을 왜 선택하셨는지 묻고 싶을 정도입니다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않은 약국입니다.
