仏林山駅(旧唐古ゲ駅)2番、3番出口の近くにある近隣公園です。私が訪れたときは、週末だったためか、公園の芝生で数人の子供たちが野球の練習をしていました。芝生を横切ると野球の練習の邪魔になると思ったので、引き返して公園の裏手にある木の階段を登りました。公園内にはよく整備された遊歩道があり、前述の木の階段を上がると東屋があり、ちょっとした休憩ができます。 （ただし、あまりきれいな状態ではないので、参考にしていただければと思います。） そして、あずまやの裏手にある駐車場精算機の左手には水岳山（亀峰峰）への登山道の入り口があり、公園の西側には公衆トイレ、バスケットボールコート、バドミントンコート、運動器具などの施設が充実しています！
