중딩때부터 먹던 추억의 음식 백순대!!! 대기업 밀키트도 먹어봤지만 오리지널맛 잊지못해~~ 집이 멀어 오랜만에 왔는데 너무너무너무 맛있어요♡ 전에는 다른 가게들이 빽빽 했는데 4층은 삼촌네, 이모네만 있네요.. 없어지면 안되는데... 다 먹고 아쉬워 비조리로 포장까지 해왔어요~ 백순대 최고♡

양지순대타운 4층 삼촌네서 백순대 1인분을 포장했습니다. 여기는 언제 먹어도 기본이상의 만족을 줍니다. 저는 주로 백순대를 주문하고 동봉되어 있는 깻잎은 같이 넣어 볶아주고 깻잎을 별도로 구매해서 넉넉하게 싸서 먹습니다. 조리시 올리브오일을 충분히 둘러서 볶아주면 좋습니다.

신림동 지나다가 백순대가 생각나면 늘 찾아가는 신림사거리 양지순대타운 4층 삼촌네. 요즘은 매장을 찾는 사람보다 배달주문이 많은지 포장하는 동안 두건이나 배달주문이 들어오네요. 저번니에도 리뷰한거 같은데 양이 진짜 많아요. 1인분 포장으로 둘이 충분히 배부르게 먹습니다. 저는 깻잎으로 싸먹은걸 좋아해서 시장에서 깻잎 1000원어치 사서 마지막까지 깻잎으로 싸먹습니다. 참고로 양념장은 랩싸서 렌지에 30초 데워드시면 더 맛납니다.
