도난을 많이 당했는지 모르겠지만 종업원 중 감시하는 듯한 사람이 있어서 불쾌함. 그 종업원 고용하는 돈으로 cctv나 더 달면 훨씬 싸게 들텐데 안타까움. 동네마트의 비효율성이랄까

若い女性スタッフはいつも明るく親切で気持ちよく来店できるのですが、メインのレジにいる中年の女性スタッフは行くたびに態度が硬くて無愛想で戸惑います。一度だけなら書くのも面倒ですが、何度もあることなので気づいてほしくて書きました。ゴミ袋がないとお伝えするのに、笑顔すら見せられないのでしょうか？カードを忘れて10分も経たずに戻ってきたのに気づかず、他のお客さんが買うと言ったと笑顔もなく言われました。気づかなかったこと自体は問題ではなく、その対応の仕方が本当に不快です。私だけでなく母も毎回感じているようです。レジにいるスタッフはいつも笑顔もなく挨拶もなく、会計が終わったら最低限「ありがとうございました」くらいは言うのがマナーではないでしょうか？接客の基礎も分からないまま接客業をされているのか疑問です。本当に不愉快です。基本的な接客教育、最低限の挨拶は必要だと思います！
