ㅇㅇㅁ 약사님께서 제가 약 제조를 기다리던 중 업무 전화가 와서 받으니 사람들 앞에서 계산을 빨리 하라며 통회중에도 다 들리게 일부러 소리를 지르고 반말로 하대했습니다. “남의 영업장에서 뭐 하는 짓이냐”는 식의 말까지 하며, 통화했다는 이유로 아파서 약을 기다리는 환자에게 심한 모욕감을 줬습니다. 저는 손님이자 환자인데 그런 대우를 받아야 하는지 이해할 수 없습니다.제가 살면거 지금까지 만난 약사 중 가장 불쾌했고, 사람을 대하는 기본적인 태도조차 갖추지 못했다고 느꼈습니다. 타인을 배려하지 못하는 사람이 약을 조제하는 공간에 있다는 것이 매우 불안합니다. 다른 환자분, 연결된 병원들까지도 같은 피해를 겪지 않으시길 바랍니다. 정말 약을 제조할수 있는 마인드를 갖추시길 바랍니다 ”이ㅇㅁ“약사님!
