사장님 및 카운터 직원분들이 너무너무너무 친절하십니다😇😇😇 시설도 아주 우수합니다. 깨끗하고 온수 잘 나오고 샤워실, 화장실 분리 잘 되어있고 그리고 이용객분들도 매너타임을 잘 지켜주셔서 각박한 서울도시에서 평온한 하루를 보내게 되었네요ㅎㅎ 다음에도 혼자 여행 올 때 재방문 의사 100% 입니다! 잘 쉬고 갑니다~~

블로그 리뷰와 달리 가림막이 블라인드인 점은 불편하게 느껴지지 않았습니다. 모션베드에 혼자 사용하기에 깔끔하고 편했습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 벌레도 없고 코드를 찍어야 이동을 할 수 있다는 점에서 보안도 좋다고 느꼈습니다. 다만, 이런 캡슐호텔은 대부분 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후 상관없이 짐 보관이 가능했으나 이 곳은 5,000원의 보관비가 별도로 든다는 점이 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 아마 짐 보관을 생각하고 이런 캡슐 호텔을 선택하시는 분들은 참고 하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 그리고 수건과 리모컨도 직접 프론트로 반납해야하는데 수건까지…? 라는 의문점이 들긴 했습니다. 스태프가 아닌 다른 분이 안내를 주셨는데 그 분이 설명을 놓친건지 제가 잊은건지는 모르겠지만 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 그럼에도 재방문 의사 있습니다
