薬局の前にある眼科を初めて訪れたとき、ブドウ膜炎の目薬、抗生物質、鎮痛剤の処方箋を書きました。私がそこに座っていたとき、2人の薬剤師のうちの1人、年配の女性が私の名前を呼ばずに、支払いを始めるように私に声をかけました。顔を上げると、ちょうど眼科の処方箋をくれた彼女だったので、目を見て数えてみると、薬はすぐに出てきました。薬は封筒に入った状態で届くだけでした。隣のお客さんに目薬を入れてもらうようにお願いしようとしたのですが、めんどくさいみたいでメモしてしまいました。フレッド・フォルテが、液体を入れて涙管を押さえる必要があるのかと尋ねると、彼はイライラして、すべての点眼薬が基本であると言いました。次のお客さんの計算をして～～～!!基本的なことを教えてくれてありがとう。他の薬局はもっと混んでいて、立地も良いにもかかわらず、私の名前を呼んで、誰もが知っている基本的なことを教えてくれます。素晴らしい経験です。
