헤어샵은 항상 마음에 드는곳 찾는게 어렵더라구요. 광진구에 이사 갔을 때도, 지금은 서초구에서도 찾아오고 있습니다. 마음에 맞는 새로운 곳을 찾는 수고스러움보단 거리가 멀더라도 실력있는 곳이 더 편하더라구요. 항상 감사합니다.

다른 곳에서 커트하고 와서 특정 부분 머리 숨이 죽었다며, 다운펌 약을 더 썼다고 결제할 때 추가 요금을 요구하시네요. 약이 더 들어갈 상황이었다면 시술 전 상담 때 미리 상태를 체크하고 비용 발생 안내를 해주셨어야 하는 거 아닌가요? 다 끝나고 계산할 때 되어서야 머리 상태 핑계 대며 돈을 더 받으시니 당황스럽습니다. 실력을 떠나서 사전 고지 없는 추가금 산정 방식은 개선이 필요해 보이네요. 방문하실 분들은 꼭 시작 전에 추가 요금 여부 확답받으세요
