정말 최악의 곳입니다. 탈의실에서 지갑의 현금이 도난당했습니다. 그리 큰 금액은 아니라 생각하여 데스크에 귀중품으로 맡길 생각은 하지 못했지만, 야간에 근무하는 여직원의 대응이 정말 황당했네요. 자주 그런 도난 사건이 있다며, 얼굴색하나 바뀌지 않으며 cctv도 탈의실에는 없고, 마스터키는 사장이 어디다 두고 다니는데 자기는 모르겠다고 하면서 경찰에 신고하던지 알아서 하라고 하네요. 신고해도 소용없다고 하면서. 도난 당한 손님을 상대로 어이없게 얘기하네요. 그러면 뭔가 감시할 직원을 두던지 조치 및 대책을 세워야 할 상황으로 보여 얘기하며, 사장님 연락처 알려달라했지만 모른다고 하여, 손님에게 비상 상황이 생기면 어떻게 하시냐고 물었더니 부장에게 연락한다하여 부장님 연락처 또는 불러 달라했지만 거절함.

오래되어서 시설은 날았지만 사용할만한데 일요일 오전에 갔는데 뜨거운탕이 더럽더군요 말하면 물 틀어주시기는하는데 점검을 잘 해주면 좋겠네요
