9月3日に真実ネで刺身を食べて、高熱・腹痛・嘔吐・下痢をされた方はいらっしゃいますか？私たちはその日真実ネで刺身を注文して食べました。一人は早朝4時間も嘔吐と下痢を繰り返して救急に運ばれ、入院を勧められましたが赤ちゃんがいるため仕方なく退院しました。もう一人は下痢と高熱に苦しみました。病院では腸炎との診断を受け、夕食に食べた刺身が原因ではないかとの見解を先生からいただきました。すぐに真実ネに電話してこの状況を伝え保険処理について聞いたところ、保険には加入しているが自分たちが処理すると10万ウォンを支払わなければならないのでできないとの回答でした。こういう時のために入っている保険が使えないというのは、消費者として理解に苦しみます。
