2026年2月22日18時40分頃、GS25建大修正店を訪問し、お酒、飲み物、おやつなど多量の物品を購入している間、計算過程で勤務中だった男性から「だから軍隊に行って来なければならず、中球暖房じゃないか今」との発言。その発言と物事の計算の過程で持続する不気味な混沌とした態度と不親切な応対により、大きな不快感を感じました。従業員が従業員であるか店主であるかは確認されていませんが、顧客応対全体のサービス基準の確認と改善が必要だと思います。ただし翌日00:20に訪問時に勤務していた他のスタッフの応対は親切でした。
