네이버로 포장 주문을 처음 하였습니다. 조리시간 30분으로 되어 있어 핸펀 보고 있었는데 40분이 넘어도 포장 완료가 안 뜨길래 전화하였더니 주인 아주머니께서 포장 완료 누르는거를 모르는지. 30분이라고 처음에 되어있었으면 그때 오면 되는거라고 준비 되어 있다 하였는데 연세 있으신 분이셔서 그냥 가서 가지고 왔습니다. 저희는 포장 가져가라는 메세지가 떠야 가는게 맞는거 같은데 매장 교육이 필요할듯 합니다. 당황하였습니다.

전화주문하고 포장하러갔는데 콜라를 안주셔서 말씀드렸더니 갑자기 자기들끼리 이야기하면서 짜증을 내기 시작하더니 저희한테도 짜증을 내면서 왼쪽귀에 에어팟 꽂고 마스크도 안쓰시고 요리하시던 분이 고무장갑을 바닥에 던졌습니다 정말 기분나빠서 다시는 안가고싶네요 뭐가 잘못된건지 설명도 안해주고 손님한테 짜증내는게 맞나요 ? 남자친구가 진심으로 화나서 손님한테 주문받는데 짜증내지 마세요 라고 말했더니 귓등으로도 안듣고 무시하면서 다른 직원분이 사과하더군요 다시는 주문 안할 것 같습니다 외국인분들끼리 영업하시던데 그런식으로 장사하지 마세요. 저희는 전화로 잘 못알아들으셔서 배려하려고 매장가서 결제하고 다했더니 그런식으로 대하는게 맞나요?
