츠케멘 국물이 너무 차가워요...아이스 콜드... 미적지근한것도 정도가 있지 한 40도나 되려나 모르겠어요 너무 차가움... 점심시간이라 그냥먹었어요

고민고민 하다가 기본인 호또멘으로 먹어봤어요 면은 가늘고 챠슈는 두툼하지만 부드럽고 맛이 깊게 배어있어요. 숙주, 파, 목이버섯이 토핑 인데 조화롭습니다. 스프에는 마늘도 들어간것 같아요. 느끼하지 않고 감칠맛 나게 짭짤해서 맛있었어요. 응대도 친절하셨습니다만 후기에 종종 보이듯 매장은 시원하지 않아요 물도 시원하지 않았어요. 미지근보다 시원한 정도? 일본 현지 라멘집은 뜨거운 라멘을 맛있게 먹을 수 있게 시원한 냉방과 얼음물을 제공해주는데 너무 사사로운 것까지 바라는걸까용...?ㅎㅎ 라멘은 너무 맛있었습니다 더워도 또 먹으러 가고싶네요
