그라노 시절부터 애정해 마지않던 보타르가의 손영철 셰프가 본인의 첫 매장을 오픈! 아홉 자리의 목로석이 주방을 둘러 앉는, 작고 다정한 식당이자 술집 <보타르가 비노>. 스피크이지 바처럼 건물 4층에 숨어 있는 공간. 잔잔하게 따뜻한 웃음이 번지는 편안함, 자연스레 옆자리로 술잔을 나누기도 하는 분위기는 이곳을 다시 찾는 이유로 충분할 듯 합니다. 규모는 작아졌어도 여전히 재료에 양보 없는 맛. 코 앞에서 만들어 주는 파스타를 먹을 수 있어 즐거웠고요. 오픈 첫날이라 믿기 어려울 만큼 요리는 한결같고 서비스는 부드러웠습니다. 추천합니다.
