帰ってきたおでかけ店「スマイルスーパー」です。登村住公団地7の集合住宅です。2時前に来ました。内視鏡検査が近づいているので、柔らかい食事だけを食べなければならないので、選択できるものがかなりたくさんあります。本日のミルクカステラ 95g 震えて冷や汗が出て元気がなかったのですが、食べたら少し元気になりました。全部は食べられませんでしたが、カステラ2枚と牛乳と一緒に食べました。柔らかくて甘すぎないので（食欲が鈍い）、ぜひお酒と一緒に食べてください。プフビーンズ2個と牛乳500mlで飲んだのでちょうどいいです。 500mlって結構多いですよ！美味しいですよ～ 無愛想な店主ですが、まずは優しく声をかけてくださいね～！

今日は登村洞のナドルガゲ、Smile Superに行きました。引っ越し祝いの贈り物を買うために立ち寄って、三育豆乳の黒豆カルシウムを1箱買いました。1箱2万ウォンです。お店はこぢんまりしていて、マンションの商業施設内にあります。たまに個人的な事情で店を閉めて、メモを貼って席を外していることもあります。
