2025년 10월 8일 18시 즈음 방문했습니다. 약사님께 몸살, 기침, 콧물 증상 있다고 말씀드렸고, 당시 위 영수증과 같이 약을 받았습니다. 그런데 받은 약 중 헬시엠에스엠은 확인해보니 약이 아닌 건강기능식품이라고 하더라구요? 약국에서는 몸살약이라 설명을 들었고 하루 3회, 4정씩 복용이라고 말씀하셨는데, 실제로는 관절에 도움이 되는 건강기능식품이고 몸살과는 아무 상관도 없는 일반 영양제였습니다. 심지어 용법도 하루 2회 2정씩이었구요. 건강기능식품을 약으로 위장하여 판매하는 행위는 건강기능식품법 18조 위반이라고도 들었습니다. 이후 재방문하여 위 영수증과 같이 환불을 받았습니다. 정릉이비인후과에 붙어 있어서 자주 갔는데 이런 일이 생겨 정말 유감입니다. 다시 갈 일은 없을 것 같네요.
