왕십리역 1번, 2번 출구에서 나오면 바로 있는 공원입니다. 약속장소로 잡기에 적당한 공원입니다. 공원에 의자도 있고, 무인문고도 있습니다. 공원에 김정호 동상이 있어서 의아했는데, 찾아보니 김정호가 지금의 왕십리(왕심평)에서 살았다고 합니다. 성동구를 관통하는 '고산자로'는 김정호의 호(고산자古山子)를 땄습니다.
