4〜5年以上ずっと利用してきた店舗なのに、今回は本当にがっかりしました。ギフト券で食事をしたのですが、チキンが見た目にも明らかに生焼けの状態でした。スタッフに伝えると「この部位が生焼けになることはない」と説明された上に「では食べなくていいです」とまで言われました。私の表情が険しくなってからようやく確認するとキッチンへ持って行きましたが、その後何の説明もなく廃棄され、代替案として提示されたのは「ではポテトフライでも揚げましょうか？」というひと言だけでした。誠意ある謝罪も適切な補償もなく、まるで面倒くさそうな対応に驚き、これまでずっとこの店を利用してきた時間が惜しく感じました。常連だっただけに、余計に残念で悔しい経験でした。
