4-5년이상 오랜 기간 이용해온 지점인데 이번에는 실망이 너무 크네요. 기프티콘으로 식사했는데, 치킨이 눈으로 봐도 덜 익은 상태였습니다. 매장에 말씀드렸지만 “이 부위는 안 익을 수 없다”는 설명과 함께 “그럼 드시지 마세요”라는 말까지 들었습니다. 제 표정이 좋지 않자 다시 확인해보겠다고 치킨을 주방으로 가져가긴 했지만, 이후 어떤 설명 없이 그대로 폐기되었고, 대안으로 들은 건 “그럼 감자튀김이라도 튀겨드릴까요?”라는 말이 전부였습니다. 진정성이 느껴지는 제대로 된 사과나 보상이 아닌, 마치 귀찮은 듯한 응대에 당황스러웠고, 그동안 이 지점에서 꾸준히 시켜 먹었던 시간이 아깝게 느껴졌습니다. 단골이었기에 더 아쉽고 더욱 실밍스러운 경험이었어요.
