직원 한 분이 무안할 정도로 불친절해서 몹시 기분이 상한채로 나왔습니다. 몰라서 물으면 알려주는 것이 직원의 기본 태도일텐데… 스타벅스는 사실 커피맛보다 특유의 자유롭고 편안한 분위기나 직원의 친절 등에 비용을 들인다고 생각하는데, 심지어 주로 동네 주민들을 상대하는 영업점에서 직원들의 불친절은 개선되어야 한다고 생각합니다.
