약국.병원등 어떤가게를 가도 이보다 불친절할 순 없을거에요 살면서 이런 경우는 처음 . 약사고 나서 하루종일 기분나쁘네요 말로 표현하기 힘들게 불쾌했어요 세상 약국이 다 망해도 이분한테는 안갈것같네요

재방문 하기 싫어요. 복약 지도도 안해주고 불친절해요. 다음에도 의무를 안지키면 신고합니다. ‐------------------------------------------------------ 약사법 제24조 제4항에 따르면, 약사는 의약품을 조제하면 환자 또는 환자 보호자에게 필요한 복약지도를 구두 또는 복약지도서(서면 또는 전자문서)로 해야 합니다. 복약지도 미이행 시 제재 약사가 복약지도 의무를 이행하지 않을 경우, 약사법에 따라 다음과 같은 제재를 받을 수 있습니다. 과태료: 복약지도 미이행 시 100만 원 이하의 과태료가 부과될 수 있습니다 (일반적으로 1차 위반 시 30만 원). 행정처분: 반복 위반 시 업무정지 등의 행정처분을 받을 수 있습니다.
