지난 8월 29일에 9월29일, 30일 1박2일 코스 미리 예약하고 여행 전날 안내문자까지 받고 29일 오후 8시30분 강남역 9번출구에서 기다렸으나 버스가 오지않아 회사에 전화했더니 담당자가 바뀌어 인계를 받지못했다는 황당한 얘기를 듣고 집으로 돌아오면서 넘 기가 먹혔지요. 상품이 취소되었으면 예약자에게 미리 알려주셨어야지요. 예약금은 돌려받았으나 상당히 당황스럽고 황당했다는 이용후기입니다
