男性の上司がいたときは優しいのでよく利用していました。でも上司は女性に変わったんですか？私の眉毛はとても薄かったです。今回は、反応や表情にあまりにも露骨な不親切さがあり、驚きました。マスクをしていても見える場合は重症です。自分の不快な思いをお客様に伝えるのはサービスではなく迷惑ですので、もう一度基本的な姿勢を大切にしてください^^;;

日曜日の午後だったためか、アフター・チャーチ・パーティーが多く、予想以上に騒がしかった。 2時間ほどノートに書き写して帰った。ラテは普通の味でしたが、デカフェとオーツミルクに変えるとさらに風味が増して美味しかったです。ドリンクやデザートの種類も豊富でコストパフォーマンスが良いためか、店内はいつもたくさんのお客さんで賑わっています。
