トレイルランニングは初めてでしたが、キム・ジャンヨントレーナーの指導のおかげで上手に走ることができました。近々定期的にランニング教室も開催されるそうなので、そこでも一緒に運動できたらいいですね👍🏻

デカトロン九里店のオープン記念HIKERSイベントクラスに参加してきました。アウトドアでも日常でも使えるバッグやいろいろなお菓子を用意してくださっていて、みんなで峨嵋山の夜間登山も安全に楽しく行ってきました！ こういうクラスがもっと頻繁に開かれたらいいと思います！
