商品の品揃えが豊富で、以前からよく利用していましたが、今日は店員が「人民日報消費者クーポンの残高を使って、残りは他のクレジットカードで支払え」と言ってイライラしてしまいました。とても親切なお店でした。支払い順序はスタッフのみが知っています。まず、私はお客様に、民生カードの残高を支払い、その後別のカードで支払うことを説明しました。お客様は「何も言わずにカードを入れてください」と言いました。残りの生活保護カードをご利用ください。そのことを伝えると、先にカードを使わないといけないとイライラしてしまいましたが、朝から機嫌が悪かったです。昔から家族で営むとてもアットホームなお店でしたが、変わったのでしょうか？初心を忘れないでほしいと思います。
