梨泰院のノルサップを訪れましたが、スタッフが非常に無愛想でとてもがっかりしました。全体的に口調や態度に迷惑な印象があり、質問しても返答が不誠実で、滞在中の雰囲気は良くありませんでした。施設自体は悪くなかったのですが、スタッフの対応が悪くて楽しみにくかったです。サービスの改善は絶対に必要と思われます。
