2026年1月29日の午後3時頃、ザラ龍山アイパークモール店のレディース試着室でパンツ2本とトップス1枚を試着しました。試着後、パンツ2本は購入しないことにし、案内に従って試着室前の返却スペースに置きました。その際、女性スタッフが周囲のお客様にも聞こえるほど大きなため息を何度もついていました。試着は購入の有無にかかわらずお店が提供するサービスですので、このような対応には非常に不快を感じましたし、正直次回は試着すること自体がためらわれるほどでした。お客様が恥ずかしい思いをするような態度は改善が必要だと思います。スタッフの接客教育の見直しをお願いいたします。
