寒い冬にあったかい中華うどんが食べたくなって、デリバリーで注文しました。4年前に訪れたとき、子どもの頃に食べた中華うどんの感動があったお店だったので本当に期待していたのですが、少し残念でした。具材は昔とまったく同じなのに、うどんのスープがなんだか薄くなった感じ。ひと口飲むたびにずっと首をかしげていました..... なんだか2%物足りない。以前はおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんが厨房を、息子さんがホールをやっていたのですが、その間に料理人さんが変わったのでしょうか？タンスユクは昔のあの味のままでした。素晴らしいです。
