3月17日午後12時から午後1時頃、試着室の対応を担当していた金髪の従業員の態度により、大変不快な思いをさせてしまいました。私が質問しても何も答えずにただ見つめるだけで、ハンガーを叩くなど配慮のない行動をとりました。また、未購入品は試着後にお客様自身でハンガーに掛けるというルールはあるのでしょうか。何の指導もなしに片付けを求められた顧客の態度は、顧客の全体的な態度と相まって、非常に不快に感じられました。店内が混んでなかったのに、この対応は理解に苦しむ… たとえ個人的な事情があったとしても、感情を排して最低限のサービス精神を持って接客してほしいと思います。
