通勤途中にアプリで事前に集荷注文をして訪問しました。同僚がペクオクコーヒーが美味しいと聞いたので期待して立ち寄ったのですが、朝勤の従業員の私に対する態度がとても不快でした。誰でも嫌な日があると思います。しかし、その気持ちがそのままお客様に伝わるのは好ましくないと感じました。彼は私に飲み物を渡し、次回は時間通りに来るか、座って待つように言いました。寒い朝、アプリ注文後、出来上がったドリンクを受け取るまで店内で立って待つ（約3分）のは間違っていたのだろうかと思いました。待たされてすぐにコーヒーを淹れるように促す必要はありませんでした。飲み物を待っている間、家具を叩いたり乱暴に扱ったりして不快な思いをし、良い一日のスタートとは言えませんでした。
