[말죽거리공원]의 상징 '바람의 천마' 상. 공원의 정식 개장은 2월 4일(수)로 예정돼 있다. 가정법원과 말죽거리사거리 사이에 말죽거리 근린공원 조성 사업을 추진하여 전년 말 강남대로 변 1 지구의 공원 조성이 완료되었다. 입구 광장에는 U자형 커뮤니티센터 건물이 들어섰고, 언덕은 자연 훼손을 최소화하는 범위에서 꽃과 나무로 장식돼 구민을 위한 휴식 공간으로 거듭날 계획이다. 아직은 일반인의 접근을 제한하는 출입 금지 상태라서 커뮤니티센터 상부 공원의 달라진 모습을 직접 확인할 수는 없다.

말죽거리 공원 대나무가 잎이 무성하니 큰키로 쭉 뻗어 멋있어요. 한적하네요^^ 서초 말죽거리 공원은 마무리 공사가 한창이네요.

江南の要衝、良才駅近くにマルジュッコリ近隣公園がついにオープンした。都心の放置されていた空間が市民の緑の休憩所として生まれ変わったことから、公園づくりを超えた都市再生の模範例として評価された。交通の便の悪い方でも丘の頂上まで登れるようにバリアフリーの登山道を整備するとともに、季節の花々を楽しめる野草園や休憩広場を整備しました。モダンなデザインのベンチと、かつて馬が休んでいた場所を象徴する彫刻（風の天馬）が調和しています。森の中でフィットネスができるよう、最先端のアウトドアフィットネス機器や広々としたアクティビティスペースも設けました。公園内で最も良い展望台には展望台と瞑想休憩所が設けられており、開浦洞団地と遠くに九龍山を眺めることができる。
