짜장면 매니아라서 천호동 암사동 중국집 거의 다 가봤는데 정가짜장 짜장면이 제일 맛있어요 다른 중국집들은 짜장맛이 담백하면서 전분 텁텁한 맛이 좀 느껴지는데 이곳은 적절한 당도 적절한 춘장의 농도 적절한 전분 농도 모든게 제 개인적인 취향에 딱이었습니다 가격도 굉장히 저렴하고. 저희 동네에 이런 중국집이 있다는게 감사할 따름입니다
