コスパがよくて싸이버거が好きなのでよく来るのですが、対応には戸惑いました。この日は、私たちが行った時間帯に急にお客さんが増えて忙しかったみたいです。15分ほど待つと、電光掲示板に148番ではなく48番が表示されました。自分たちの番号かどうか迷って少し考えていたのですが、149番が出た瞬間にすぐ行きました。すると、3回ほど呼んだのにどうしてそんなに遅いのか、こんなやり方だと料理が時間通りに出せないと言って、私たちにイライラされました。番号の表示が間違っていたから迷ったことも、10秒以内に行ったことも、そこまで怒られることではないと思うのですが、目の前でクレーマー扱いされて少し戸惑いました。もう別の店舗に行くと思います。
