음식 맛은 괜찮고 가격도 비싸지 않아 자주 이용하는데 점심시간에는 음식이 너무 늦게 나옵니다. 홀 주문도 밀려 있는데 배달까지 같이 받아서 더 지연되는 것 같고, 화구도 두 개뿐이라 조리 속도가 느려 보였습니다. 오늘은 여사장님인지 직원분인지 배달기사님께 재촉하지 말라며 큰소리로 말씀하시던데, 음식이 늦어지면 기사님 입장에서는 당연히 재촉할 수밖에 없는 상황 아닌가요. 손님 입장에서도 분위기가 불편했습니다. 조리 여건이 안 되면 점심시간에는 배달을 잠시 닫는 등 운영을 조정하는 게 맞지 않나 싶습니다. 손님들 있는 자리에서 그런 모습이 보여서 아쉬웠습니다.

고객응대, 주문 관리 엉망 점심시간에 방문했고, 직원분께 직접 찾아가 주문했어요. 원래 오래 걸려서 기다렸는데(심지어 언제 나오냐고 한번 더 물어봤음) 주문이 안 들어갔다고 해서 점심시간 내내 그냥 기다린 사람 됐네요;; 그리고선 하는 말이 그냥 다른 식당 갈거녜요ㅋㅋㅋ 대충 김밥 시켜 먹었는데 시간 없어서 먹지도 못하고 돈 아까웠어요 진짜
