赤土の道や小道はよく整備されています。高速バスターミナルの 5 番出口と 6 番出口と近くのソレ村は日差しを遮られます。タルンギは5番出口の前で借りることができ、ピ・チョンドゥクと呼ばれる作家の道があります。同じ遊歩道で、すぐ横に赤土の道と足洗い場があります。

盤坡渓流に沿って散歩コースが整備された公園です。余談ですが、CarOO Mapでは地域によって新盤浦公園とスプラウト公園に分かれていますが、Naver Mapではそのまま新盤浦公園として登録されているようです。公園の西側は沙平大路陸橋付近から始まり、9号線新盤浦駅4番出口から徒歩約10分、公園の東端には7号線高速バスターミナル駅5番、6番出口があります。緑色のゴム床で舗装された散歩コースは歩行専用で、自転車、バイクの通行は禁止されていますのでご注意ください。 （ウォーキングコースは約400m、徒歩5～6分）
